At SHAWA FASHION, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to make the process simple and clear.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories (e.g., earrings, undergarments, or intimate apparel) are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at Help@shawafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ensure items are securely packaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Help@shawafashion.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
